Purpose

This article provides information to workaround the licensing issue relating to upgrading to Fusion 10 and to Workstation 14 from the VMware Online Store.

Cause

This issue occurs due to the stored cache and cookies in the Web Browser.

Resolution

To work around this issue, use Incognito/private mode in your Web Browser.
