Are there different roles or permission in CSP?

Yes, CSP currently has two roles:

1. Org Owner:
Similar to the Super User Role in My VMware, the Org Owner is the first point of contact for VMware Cloud on AWS services. There can be multiple Org Owners associated to CSP, however only the 1st Org Owner is attached to SPP Funds and the Entitlement Account in My VMware.
2. Org Member:
Users with this role have limited access. They can see other users in the service, however they cannot administrate or use the service. Org Members are invited by the Org Owner to join CSP.

What Role do I require to file a Support Request for my service?

For the initial release of VMware Cloud on AWS, only the the 1st Org Owner can file support requests in My VMware. All other users should contact the 1st Org Owner to file support requests on their behalf.
