Pivotal Spring Developer Support transition to Pivotal App Suite Developer Support (2150538)

This article provides information about the transition from Spring Developer Support to App Suite Developer Support.


As of July 17, 2017 - Developer Support for Spring Enterprise will change to Pivotal App Suite Developer support. If customers has Spring Developer Support, they have App Suite Developer Support which in inclusive of Spring Developer Support.

Customers can call with the same issues and see the same level of support they have experienced in the past.

If customers are active on support contract, when they log in to My VMware, they will receive a Subscription Fulfillment Alert stating that an Upgrade is available. Customers do not need to take any action. If they chose Upgrade, they receive a new Compliance License Key which is not needed for support request as they are just for system compliance.
