VMware Identity Manager Cloud Hosted IP Addresses Change for Americas Region (2150497)

  • 0 Ratings

Details

VMware Identity Manger Cloud Hosted public IP addresses will be changing on or about June 26, 2017. In order to ensure uninterrupted access to VMware Identity Manager Cloud Hosted tenant, follow the Actions Required described in this article.

Note: Americas VMware Identity Manager Region.  The IP addresses for Access Gateway User/Admin Portal and Android SSO Certificate Authentication Proxy mentioned in the KB article 2149884 for changes to be made on May 15, 2017 are not accurate and should not be used. These IP addresses were reassigned before the migration of the VMware Identity Manager US data center gateway service. The iOS SSO IP addresses are correct.

A new set of IP addresses were allocated. The new migration date for Americas is on or about June 26, 2017.

Solution

To function properly, the VMware Identity Manager Connector must have total access to all VMware Identity Manager Cloud Hosted service destination  IP addresses. If you are using the connector, make sure that you have whitelisted the following IP addresses in your server policy for the Americas Region.  See KB article 2149884 for Cloud Hosted IP Addresses Change for other regions.
