All zeros in interface and throughput statistics in Edge reports (2149306)

Symptoms

  • All graphs show zero values when viewing Edge statistics for traffic and throughput in the Monitor Statistics page.
  • Edge node was restarted or experienced an HA fail over event.
  • Querying the statistics using API calls through the NSX Manager returns similar all zero values.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in
To work around this issue if you do not want to upgrade, redeploy the Edge.

Note: Redeploy of Edge removes all historical values and logs from the Edge. This causes an interruption in traffic being served from the particular Edge.
