Unable to load Dashboard page and list of Dashboards (2149189)

When navigating to the Dashboard tab located at the Log Insight menu, the loading icon is launched but the Dashboard page and list of Dashboards do not load.


This issue occurs if the view references a Dashboard (standalone or one related to a content pack) that is removed.


To resolve this issue:
  1. Review the URL that is being accessed as it should include the dashboard ( viewId=) or content pack ( com.vmware.contentpackname) that has been removed.  

    For example:   https://loginsight01.domain.local/home?contextId=com.vmware.vra.62@viewId=4

  2. Update the URL to the default address.  

    For example,   https://loginsight01.domain.local/home

  3. Refresh the page.
This restores the view and loads the Dashboard and the list of Dashboards.
