Cause

Thisissue occurs when the Microsoft patch MS15-055 is applied to the machine where DEM worker components are running, causing the server to become inaccessible to the DEM worker.

Resolution

Toresolve this issue, remove the MS15-055 patch from the machine where DEM worker is installed. This patch was also included in recent Microsoft patches KB 3161606 & KB 3161608

For more information, see the Microsoft KB https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3061518, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3161606 & https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3161608
