Viewing VMware Horizon Cloud with Hosted Infrastructure Service details in My VMware (2114500)

This article provides information about VMware Horizon Cloud with Hosted Infrastructure (formerly known as VMware Horizon Air Cloud-Hosted) Service details page in My VMware.


To view Horizon Cloud with Hosted Infrastructure Subscription Service details:
  1. Log in to My VMware.
  2. Select the Manage Services on the right pane of the page.
  3. Click Service Name of the Subscription Service you want to view.

    Alternately, when you log in to My VMware, go to the Subscription Services section on the home page and navigate to your Subscription Service from there.
In the Subscription Service Detail page, you can:
  • View your account details such as:

    • Status
    • Service ID
    • Start Date
    • Offering Partner
    • Payment Method
    • Service Owner
    • Service Level

  • Launch Service
  • Purchase New Service
  • Manage Service

    You can expand the Manage Service dropdown to:

    • Edit Payment Method

      If the Subscription Service is paid with a credit card, the Service Owner can select this option to update credit card information on file or to switch the payment method to a Subscription Fund.

      Note: After selecting the Subscription Fund as the payment method, you cannot pay for Subscription Service using another Fund or payment method.

    • Change Service Owner

      If you are the current Service Owner, you can see your name on the Subscription Service Details page.

      Note: Only the Service Owner can designate a new Service Owner for a Subscription Service.

      To change the Service Owner:

      1. Click Manage Services.
      2. Select Change Service Owner from the dropdown.

        Note: This option is grayed out if you are not the Service Owner.

      3. In the Change Service Owner window, select a user from the dropdown. If you do not see the user you want to designate as the new Service Owner, see Changing the Service Owner for Subscription Services (2077236).

        Note: After you submit this change, the selected user becomes the Service Owner. As a result, you are no longer authorized to change the Service Owner or cancel this service.

      4. After successfully submitting your Service Owner change request, you see the success message. The new Service Owner is also notified through email.

    • Cancel Service

      1. When you select Cancel Service, you are prompted to confirm your cancellation request and acknowledge that you are responsible for any outstanding charges. Horizon Cloud with Hosted Infrastructure Subscription Service then cancels on the last day of your current billing cycle.
      2. After submitting the request, a message shows on the Subscription Service Details page indicating your request to cancel the service. It gives you an option to cancel the request to prevent cancellation before the end of the billing cycle.

    • Current Statement

      This link leads to the billing statement for the current month.

    • All Statements

      This link leads you to the Billing Statement Details page for the Subscription Service. For more information, see Viewing Subscription Services billing statements in My VMware (2045036).

    • Manage users

      This link leads you to the Users & Permissions page. For more information, see Understanding user permissions in My VMware (2006977).

    • Get Support

      Select this option to file a support request. For more information, see Filing a Support Request in My VMware (2006985).

  • Service Agreement
  • Support Level
