Summaries and Symptoms

This patch updates the scsi-mpt2sas VIB to resolve the following issues:

  • PR 1110165 : When you install or reboot after installing the mpt2sas driver on Atmos hardware (Intel s2600jf, LSI 9200-8e) with ESXi 5.5, it might result in a purple diagnostic screen.

  • PR 1006864: This patch updates the mpt2sas driver. For the update to take effect you also need to install the ESXi550-201403201-UG bulletin.
