Database server for Service Manager displays CPU spikes when integration event management is enabled (2040042)

The database server connecting to a VMware Service Manager 9.1.x system may show high CPU spikes when integration event management is enabled.


This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
