Escalation dates display incorrectly in the selectable columns for calls outstanding and call search windows (2039741)
In VMware Service Manager 9.x, you experience these symptoms:
- Some escalation dates are displayed incorrectly in the selectable columns for calls outstanding and call search windows.
- You are unable to add the resolve breach date from the selectable columns.
This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release. Currently there is no workaround.
