Closing a Service Manager parent call fails to send emails to the customers of child calls (2039357)

  • When closing a parent call in Service Manager and selecting the Email attached customers option, the customers of the child calls are not emailed.
  • An email is sent only to the customer of the parent call.
  • This issue occurs irrespective of whether the parent/child relationship was created through the Linking screen or the Clone function.


VMware is aware of this issue.

A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
