Bullet points are positioned incorrectly in the VMware Service Manager Customer portal (2039115)

  • Bullet Points in the VMware Service Manager Customer portal are not positioned correctly in relation to the body of text that each bullet point represents. 
  • When there are multiple lines of text per bullet point, the bullet point appears beside the last line of text, instead of appearing beside the first line of text.


This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
