Copying and pasting contents from another source to a Service Manager call changes the format of the call screen (2038545)

When you copy and paste contents from another source, such as Microsoft Communicator, into a Service Manager call, the format of the Call screen changes.
For example, the background colour on the title changes from the custom colour configured in Designer to the default Pink colour configured in IPK Statuses and/or the action buttons at the bottom of the screen no longer work.


This issue occurs because the source HTML ID attributes are copied from the source along with the text, resulting in changing the format of the call screen.


This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
