  • 3 Ratings

Symptoms

  • A Chargeback Manager user account with the Superuser role is unable to delete other user accounts that have also been granted the Superuser role.
  • The same Chargeback Manager user account can delete any other user that does not have the Superuser role.
  • The administrative user created during the Chargeback Manager installation can delete other user accounts that have the Superuser role assigned.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Chargeback Manager 2.x.

To workaround this issue, log in as the administrative user account created during the Chargeback Manager installation when you need to delete a user account that has been granted the Superuser role.
