When a report parameter in the Service Manager Report Designer is set to a Display of None, the report is not filtering by the parameter (2008868)

Symptoms

When adding a report parameter to a report in the Service Manager Report Designer, if the parameter is configured with a HTML Display of None, the report is not filtering by the parameter.

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.
 
To workaround this issue, turn on the Default Selected option for the new parameter, so that the report is always filter by this parameter.
 
When this issue is resolved, this article will be updated with the patch information.
