How to view Support Contract history in My VMware (2006981)

This article provides information about viewing Support Contract history in My VMware.


The Support Contract History page is available to the Super User, Procurement Contact, Administrator, and users with View Orders & Contracts permissions.

To view your Support Contract History, log in to My VMware and go to Support > Support Contracts.
On this page, you can view the:
  • Contract ID number
  • Status of the support contract
  • Products with which the support contract is associated
  • Support level (Basic, Production, or Mixed support)
  • Contract end date

You can use the filter to search for specific support contracts.

If you do not see a contract you expected to see and you are associated with more than one account, use the For account dropdown to verify that you have selected the correct account.

You could also view your Support Contract History through Accounts > Account activities > Support Contract History on the My VMware Portal.
  • Click on the Support Contract History Tab 
On this page you will view the same filters as mentioned for support contracts.
