Cannot configure HA when there are more than one Management Network/Service Console (1000618)

This issue occurs because the secondary Service Console/Management Network address is attempting to contact the primary address or other hosts in the cluster.
To resolve this issue, try one of these options:
  • Remove the secondary Service Console/Management Network port group.
  • Set the advanced option das.allowNetwork0 to:
    • For ESX – Service Console
    • For ESXi – Management Network
To access the Advanced Options, right click on the HA cluster -> Edit Settings -> Select VMware HA -> Click Advanced Options

: For the change to take effect, disable and then re-enable HA.

This ensures that the HA uses only the specified port group for HA communication.
