URL content is not redirected to the agent (2151492)

Details

When client-to-agent redirection is configured for a URL, the first time a user navigates to the URL, the URL content is not redirected to the agent. The next time a user navigates to the URL, the URL content is successfully redirected to the agent.

This problem occurs when the "Automatically connect if only one launch item is entitled" group policy setting is enabled for the client and the user is entitled to only one desktop or application pool.

Solution

Disable the "Automatically connect if only one launch item is entitled" group policy setting for the client. Alternatively, entitle the user to an additional desktop or application pool.
