Items not loading in the UI after upgrading vRealize Operations Manager 6.x (2147656)

Symptoms

  • After upgrading vRealize Operations Manager, items are not loading in the UI for some users.
  • Items load properly when using other browsers.

Cause

This issue occurs if the browser was used to access an older version of vRealize Operations Manager.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, clear the browser cache.
