Customer may face an issue with renewing the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) certificate. The error encountered is "Certificate Signature Verification failed because the signature is invalid." 

This issue has been resolved by Apple.  APNS Certificate renewals that previously failed should be retried. If further issues persist please open a support ticket.
