Issue/Introduction
This article provides information about TCP 443 communication from vRLIC cloud proxy to public IPs.

Cause
The above IPs are the A record of "data.mgmt.cloud.vmware.com", and it is necessary to access the corresponding URL due to the specification of cloud proxy.
Resolution
The above IPs are subject to change. To support the cloud proxy, whitelist access to the following domains is required:
- *.vmware.com
- symphony-docker-external.jfrog.io
- ci-data-collector.s3.amazonaws.com
