Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
vSAN management server system resource check reports warning or error.
Note: The health check shows a warning if the open file count exceeds 800. An error is shown if the open file count exceeds 1000.

Cause
This issue occurs when too many open files are open in vSAN management server on vCenter server and may lead to potential issue of slowing down vSAN UI or cluster partitions.
Resolution
This is a known issue.
Currently, there is no resolution.

To workaround this issue:
- Run the command in vCenter to check the number of open files for vSAN management process:
lsof -p $(cat /var/log/vmware/vsan-health/vmware-vsan-health.pid) | wc -l
- Run the command to restart vSAN management service:
/usr/lib/vmware-vmon/vmon-cli -r vsan-health
Note:Check if the number of open file back to normal.
