Announcing the new VMware Tools Download page and the inclusion of VMware Tools on the Product Lifecycle Matrix.

Resolution
- Log into customerconnect.vmware.com with your account before proceeding in downloading.
- VMware Tools is now available for download from its exclusive download page. This change will make it even more convenient for the user to get any active version of VMware Tools. Earlier, VMware Tools used to be listed under “Drivers and Tools” tab on vSphere download page but with this change the latest version can be found under “Product Downloads” tab. Lastly, VMware Tools can also be found on VMware’s All Downloads Page - https://customerconnect.vmware.com/web/vmware/downloads as well as through the Go link - https://www.vmware.com/go/tools.
- VMware Tools is also separately listed in the Product Lifecycle Matrix now so that you can stay up-to-date with important dates and plan VMware Tools updates accordingly.
Note: VMware Tools 9.10.x and 10.0.x are already EOGS on 2020/03/12.
