Issue/Introduction
Local user accounts are created in vCenter Server Appliance are not carried over when upgrading vCenter Server Appliance.
Resolution
Cause:
Local user accounts in vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) are not preserved when VCSA has been upgraded to avoid User ID (UID) inconsistency with the upgraded version of vCenter Server Appliance.
Work-around:
Recreate the local user accounts in the VCSA after upgrading.
