Issue/Introduction
The purpose of this article is to inform that the Qlogic ESXi 6.0/ESXi 6.5 qlnativefc-2.1.94.0-1 and ESXi 6.7 qlnativefc-3.1.29.0-1 partner async drivers have been removed from the VMware download site, and are no longer supported.
In extremely rare cases, use of these drivers may potentially lead to a system crash (PSOD). This can only occur when utilized with adapters based on the 8G Fibre Channel ASIC, such as QLE2500 Series

Resolution
To resolve this issue,
- ESXi 6.0/ESXi 6.5: upgrade to qlnativefc-2.1.96.0-1 available at VMware Downloads.
- ESXi 6.7: upgrade to qlnativefc-3.1.31.0-1 available at VMware Downloads or later versions if available.
