vROps expansion rollback is not unavailable available in SDDC Manager

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
SDDC Manager leverages vRSLCM to deploy vRealize products. Currently vRSLCM does not support the removal of vROps node(s). As vRSLCM tasks are invoked prior to all VCF tasks to add a vRops node, once the vRSLCM tasks complete and a VCF workflow fails somewhere afterwards, VCF is then unable to support rolling back as vRSLCM does not support removing the vRops node that VCF tasks added.

Resolution
A reported error will be displayed in the workflow task panel noting why the workflow failed. Please contact VMware Support if there are any difficulties with resolving the workflow failure.
