SRM login to remote site failes with error: Failed trying to retrieve token: ns0:RequestFailed

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
When logging in to SRM from Site Recovery -> Sites-> vCenter Server name, you see error:
Failed trying to retrieve token: ns0:RequestFailed: EndTime: Tue Oct 30 08:44:43 UTC 2018 is not after startTime: Tue Nov 06 18:00:16 UTC 2018

VMware Site Recovery Manager 6.x
VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager 8.x

Resolution
- Check the time skew between Platform services controller, vCenter Server and Siter Recovery manager machines
- Correct the time by syncing the time to a NTP server
Workaround:
For version 8.X:
- To work around this issue, restart the SRM DR-Client.
- In windows this is accomplished via the services control pane.
- In the Photon Appliance (8.2+) via the configuration UI:
- To work around this issue, restart vsphere-client with the following command:
- service-control --stop vsphere-client
- service-control --start vsphere-client
