Combined NSX license is required for linked mode vCenter Servers with one Platform Services Controller

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
- One Platform Services Controller (PSC) for a solution of multiple NSX Managers registered against multiple vCenter Servers.
- Applying different licensing solutions for each NSX Manager fails.
Environment
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
Cause
This issue occurs because one PSC implies that there is only one licensing provider available and hence difference licenses cannot be applied to the same NSX asset. PSC treats all NSX Managers as a single solution.
Resolution
This is a known issue affecting VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x, 6.3.x and 6.4.x.
Currently, there is no resolution.
Workaround:
To work around this issue, combine all licenses to one license and apply it to the NSX solution.
