Resolution
To collect the diagnostic information from the Skyline Collector version 1.0.0.1 and 1.0.0.2:
- Open SSH or VM console to the Skyline Collector.
- cd to /root or /tmp.
- Collect log data "tar -pczf logs.tar.gz /var/log"
- Collect configuration data " tar -pczf config.tar.gz /usr/local/skyline/ccf/config"
