Resolution
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
- From Emergency shell, Enter root credentials to proceed with next steps.
- Run the following command to perform a consistency check.
- fsck -fy /dev/mapper/log_vg-log
- Reboot vCenter Server Appliance.
