Environment
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.0
Cause
This issue occurs when the CBT is used in combination with a caching I/O filters. Data corruption is caused by excluding the I/O filter in the I/O path.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, apply the ESXi 6.0 Patch 3 or later on the ESXi host.
