This article provides information on troubleshooting common issues with logging in to the vSphere Web Client when using the Use Windows Session Credentials feature.

Resolution

You are unable to log into the vSphere Web Client with one of these errors:

The authentication server returned an unexpected error: ns0:RequestFailed: Internal Error while creating SAML 2.0 Token. The error may be caused by a malfunctioning identity source.
