This patch updates the misc-drivers VIB to resolve the following issues:
- The IBM BladeCenter HS23 that boots from a USB device is unable to write the coredump file when the active coredump partition is configured on an USB device. A purple screen displays a message that the dump is initiated but is not completed.
- The pci.ids file is refreshed to contain the latest PCI IDs.
