Symptoms:
When you connect to vCenter Server using the vSphere Web Client and navigate to
Home >
Networking and Security, you experience these symptoms:
- There are no NSX managers available.
- Under Networking and Security Inventory, you see that NSX Managers is reported as 0.
- When you select NSX Home, you see the error:
No NSX Managers available. Verify current user has role assigned on NSX Manager.
- Unregistering and re-registering the lookup service in NSX Manager fails.
- You see the error:
NSX Management Service operation failed. Initialization of Admin Registration Service Provider failed. Root Cause: NSX Manager and Lookup service clocks are not in sync. They need to be synchronized. Please check NTP configuration.
