Symptoms:
After upgrading to OS X Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8), severe screen flickering occurs in Fusion 4.1.3 while running a virtual machine in full-screen mode on a multiple monitor setup.

Resolution
This is a known issue in VMware Fusion 4.1.3 after upgrading to OS X Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8). This issue is fixed in VMware Fusion 5.0 and later. To know more about VMware Fusion 5.0, see here.

- In the VMware Fusion menu bar, click View > Full Screen Minibar > Always Show.
- When in Full Screen mode, drag the Full Screen Minibar to the secondary display (the one that does not have the Mac menu bar).
If the issue persists after attempting the workaround:
