Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Cloud Foundation environments upgraded from version 3.0.x to version 3.5. There is currently no resolution.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, use the following instructions to remove the vCenter Sever/Platform Service Controller 6.7 bundle and re-download it with the Bundle Transfer utility.
  1. Log in to the SDDC Manager VM as the vcf user and then switch to the root user by issuing the su - command.
  2. Issue the following command to remove the vCenter Server/Platform Service Controller 6.7 bundle:
/opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin/bundle_cleanup.py 0864d5b4-2901-4198-83b8-457985af2ff8
  1. Use the updated Bundle Transfer utility in VMware Cloud Foundation 3.5 to download/upload the vCenter Server/Platform Service Controller 6.7 bundle. See VMware Cloud Foundation Operations and Administration Guide for detailed instructions.
  2. Re-attempt the vCenter Server/Platform Service Controller 6.7 upgrade.
