This fix improves internal error handling to prevent ESXi host failures, caused by sfcbd or other daemon processes.

The SQLite database is updated to version 3.20.1 to resolve a security issue with identifier CVE-2017-10989.

ESXi hosts can be updated by manually downloading the patch ZIP file from the VMware download page and installing the VIB by using the esxcli software vib command.
