Issue/Introduction
This article provides support guidelines for Zerto solutions.
Resolution
Zerto is certified at a partner-supported level for ESXi 6.7 and 7.0, which means that Zerto will front end support issues for their solution. All backup solution vendors are required to be VMware certified using the newer vSphere APIs for IO Filtering (VAIO) to be compatible with VMware.
