Converter 3.0 Starter or Enterprise License Expiration Occurs on February 1, 2007 Even After Production License Is Installed

Why is my Converter 3.0 Starter or Enterprise software expired (as of February 1, 2007) even though I have installed a production license?
Solution
A functional issue was identified within the VMware Converter build #36853. To correct this issue, you must uninstall this version and reinstall the latest build #39557 which is available at http://www.vmware.com/download/converter/.
To check which build you have, choose About VMware Converter from the Help menu.
