Virtual Machines Deployed from Templates Loses BIOS Settings (8808589)

My virtual machine deployed from a template lost
its updated BIOS setting. Why?
Solution
When you deploy a virtual machine from a template into a
cluster, the updated BIOS settings can be lost. This problem
affects HA/DRS clusters but not DRS-only clusters.
To resolve this issue, change the BIOS setting in
the deployed virtual machine that is affected.
