Using the VMware Knowledge Base

This article provides information about VMware Knowledge Base features and provides links to articles that help you use the Knowledge Base.


Solution

The VMware Knowledge Base has been updated to provide you with a better user experience. In addition to a new look and feel, VMware added the following features: 
  • Alerts, which provide up-to-date information about important issues.
  • Answer Wizards, which walk you through common problems and suggest articles that may be helpful.
  • A link to the Weekly KB Digest, a blog that features new articles
  • A link to the VMware Knowledge Base Blog, which provides news and announcements from the VMware Knowledge Base Team.
  • An expanded Actions box. The Actions box, located to the right of article content, provides an article's ID, last published date, and applicable products and versions. It also allows you to: 
    • Bookmark the article
    • Copy the URL
    • Email the article
    • Print the Article
