Error: "This program is not executable"
Details
When I try to run the downloaded VMware binaries on my Windows
host, I get an error message that the program is not executable. What
is wrong?
Solution
The distribution file header has become corrupt. Delete the file
and download it again. If the problem persists while running the
file you just downloaded, try downloading the file with a different
Web browser.
