Change Service Console Firewall Configuration After Installing Backup Agents (3319174)

Details

I've installed a backup agent on the service console and tried to perform a backup with the service console as a source. I see the following error message:

Create failed: Remote system error - Connection refused

Solution

After installing backup agents on the service console, you need to make specific changes to the configuration of the service console firewall.
