About the IPK Notification Rule Notify on Log / Update
Purpose
This article provides information about the IPK Notification Rule Notify on Log / Update.
Resolution
In IPK Workflow Rules, when configuring Notifications, there is a checkbox option Notify on Log / Update.
An update is considered to be the first update to the call that causes it to meet the rule criteria. A notification is sent only the first time the call meets the rule criteria, whether that is on log or via update.
If you select Notify on Log / Update, selected recipients are not emailed every time the call is updated.
