NetBackup Integration Module for VCB README Examples Reference Wrong Set of Scripts

Using pre-command.bat and post-command.bat as outlined in the examples in the section "GUI Setup for Selection List Items" (items #2 and #4) produces an error about a mismatched number of arguments.

Solution

The documentation contains a typographical error in these examples. Use bpbrowse-start.bat instead of pre-command.bat, and bpbrowse-end.bat instead of post-command.bat. While this is described correctly in the text of the README, the examples in the README are incorrect.

Under item #2, the example should be:

bpbrowse-start.bat My_Policy vm1.company.com vm2.company.com

Under item #4, the example should be:

bpbrowse-end.bat My_Policy

Note: This issue is resolved with the releases of ESX Server 3.0.1 and VCB 1.0.1.
