Problems When Using Emulex Fibre Channel Cards in Extreme Failover Conditions
Details
In multipathed configurations that use Emulex Fibre Channel cards, extreme failover testing conditions can trigger an ESX Server host failure. This issue is encountered after many hours of heavy failover testing and is unlikely to be encountered under normal use.
When this failure occurs, the following information appears onscreen and also in your VMkernel log file (/var/log/vmkernel):

Solution
No known data integrity issues are triggered by this problem.
This issue is resolved in ESX Server 3.0.1.
