Resolution

These errors may indicate an incorrect recipient email address.

To resolve this issue, you need to identify the source of the incorrect email address and correct it. To do this, view the Activity Log (Admin > System > Activity Log). You can use the Activity Log to track down the source of the email address.

For example, in the Activity Log you may find a related error message and a call number. You can then review the call to identify who the intended email recipient was (for example, an officer, a customer, an IPK Group, Workflow Group, external supplier, and so on).
