vCenter Chargeback Manager connection fails if the vCenter Server IP address has changed (2054587)
If you try to assign a static IP address to the vCenter Server, which was DHCP configured, Chargeback Manager is unable to contact the vCenter Server. Chargeback Manager fails to remove the vCenter Server entry because Chargeback Manager tries to contact the previous vCenter Server. Also, adding another vCenter Server with new IP address fails because hostname has not changed.
update CB_VC_SERVER set VC_SERVER_URL = 'https://<new_ip>/sdk', VC_SERVER_IP='<new_ip>' where VC_SERVER_IP='<old_ip>';
Replace <new_ip> with new IP address of vCenter Server, <old_ip> with old IP address of vCenter Server and execute the statement.
