Horizon Workspace Configurator wizard reports an Active Directory Bind failure (2048032)
- The Configurator wizard reports an Active Directory Bind failure in Horizon Workspace
- You see the error:
Error occurred while retrieving the user with provided bindDN.Directory connectivity or configuration error (Err #002a).
This issue occurs if an incorrect port is used to connect to the Active Directory global catalog.
To resolve this issue, in the Active Directory bind settings, change the Server Port from 389 to 3268.
